Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall transportation and distribution of products.
Plan fleet schedules, vehicle allocations, and delivery routes.
Supervise drivers, turnboys, and logistics operational personnel.
Track fuel consumption, transit efficiency, and transportation costs.
Oversee cargo loading and unloading operations to prevent product damage.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and fleet safety compliance.
Prepare and present periodic operational reports on logistics performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of practical experience in logistics and fleet/transport management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Tally.
Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities; capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
