Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing goods and inventory.
Monitor, record, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure all products are stored safely and under proper operational conditions.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse/store personnel.
Prevent stock loss, theft, damage, and inventory shrinkage.
Enforce adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and inventory controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of practical experience in warehouse or store management.
Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and stock control software.
Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; high level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
