Requirements

Qualifications:
1-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2-Master's (engineering, construction management, or business administration)
3- 7–10 years minimum in civil/structural construction, with direct project-management exposure
4- Professional registration: Registered / registrable with ERB or AQRB Tanzania; international equivalent registration (e.g. ECSA, ICE, IStructE)
5- Sector exposure: industrial, energy, mining or pipeline-related construction is strongly preferred
Knowledge Areas:
1- CRB registration and classification
2- Engineers Registration Board (ERB) / AQRB
3- HSE & quality assurance
4- Design & planning
