Introduce trainees to the Sugar Industry and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL).
Provide trainees with the technical, leadership, and business exposure required in the Human Resources field.
Programme Objectives
- Support the transition from academic studies to the professional workplace.
- Connect trainees with different people and functions within the business.
- Develop technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership skills.
- Measure individual progress against identified learning outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
