Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing: Source pulses, oilseeds, and raw cashew nuts (RCN) via farmers, cooperatives, aggregators, and traders; manage electronic auctions on the TMX (Tanzania Mercantile Exchange) platform.

Sales & Market Expansion: Drive soybean meal sales across Tanzania, Eastern, Central, and Southern Africa; target customers in the animal feed, poultry, dairy, and livestock sectors.

Logistics & Quality Control: Coordinate commodity movement with warehouse, quality, and transport teams; monitor warehouse receipts, stock levels, and freight costs.

Market Intelligence: Monitor price trends, competitor activities, and regional supply/demand dynamics for agri-commodities.
